How do I check if the item(s) is available or not?

In every product page, the item availability is stated:

Ready Stock	Item is in ready stock in warehouse. We can arrange for delivery booking.
40 days	We don’t have the item in ready stock. We will proceed to place order for the item. Item will take approximately 40 days to reach our warehouse. Once item is in ready stock, we can arrange for delivery booking.

How long can I keep the item(s) purchased in your store?

We can hold the item(s) in the store for 6 months for you After 6 months, we will consider the order as voluntarily given up by customers.

What if MUMU Living could not meet the promised availability and delivery date?

In rare occurrence of such situation, we will get in contact with customer to give the latest update of the item(s). We are more than willing to assist the customer in any other way proposed. Otherwise, customer may request for a return and full refund in cash.
