PRODUCT AVAILABILITY


MUMU Living keeps 32000sqft of ready stock for our customers to ensure that we can meet customer’s expectation to not need to wait for their item(s). Usually we have stock for the SKU unless it’s new arrival or just happened to be sold out.

 


How do I check if the item(s) is available or not?

In every product page, the item availability is stated: 

Ready Stock

Item is in ready stock in warehouse. We can arrange for delivery booking.

40 days

We don’t have the item in ready stock. We will proceed to place order for the item. Item will take approximately 40 days to reach our warehouse. Once item is in ready stock, we can arrange for delivery booking.

How long can I keep the item(s) purchased in your store?

  • If you would like to receive your item(s) later, we provide FREE STORAGE up to 6 months from the order date.
  • To be entitled to 3 months FREE STORAGE, at least 50% Deposit Payment must be made; To extend an additional 3 months of FREE STORAGE (total 6 months), Full Payment must be made.
  • After the free storage period, the storage fee will be charged at 5% of the item(s) value per month.
  • The storage fee accrued to be paid by the customer before the item(s) is shipped out or self-collect.
  • Item(s) that is being stored at Mumu Living for more than 3 months are not exchangeable, refundable, or cancelled.

 

 

What if MUMU Living could not meet the promised availability and delivery date?

In rare occurrence of such situation, we will get in contact with customer to give the latest update of the item(s). We are more than willing to assist the customer in any other way proposed. Otherwise, customer may request for a return and refund.
