How do I make payments?

How do I know if my payment was successful?

Upon checking out your order, you will be directed to iPay88 payment gateway payment page. Please kindly make payment immediately via the iPay88 pop-up page to secure your order. All orders will automatically be deemed void if you leave the iPay88 popup page.

You will be notified via email within 24 hours upon completion of order confirmation.


What is Store Credit?

We will only be implementing store credit system for customer whose request to return products for reasons other than manufacturing defects is accepted. Store credit can be used on customer’s next purchase. Customer has the option to pay with:

i.                Cash (via iPay88 payment gateway)
ii.               Cash + store credit
iii.              Store credit


How do I use my Store Credit?

The store credit will be automatically added into your account (tracked by the email used on our website). To redeem your credits, please login your account and select your preferred way of using your store credit during check out. Your invoice will then reflect the payable amount after the deduction.
