Got questions about our furniture, delivery, or care? We’ve put together some of the most common answers to help you shop with confidence and ease.

Do you have a showroom? Yes. We have showrooms located in IDCC Shah Alam, Rain Tree Rain Segambut KL, and Permas Jaya Johor Bahru.

What is your showroom operation hours?

IDCC Shah Alam: 10am - 7pm

Rain Tree Rain Segambut KL: 11am - 8pm

Permas Jaya JB: 10am - 7pm

Do I need to make appointment before visiting your showrooms?

No. You may just walk in to whichever showroom that's convenient to you.

Do you display all prodeucts at your showroom?

We have a selection of our products available for viewing at our showrooms. Unfortunately, we are not able to display everthing on our website due to the space constraints.

Before making a visit, you can call to our branch to check the availability of product display that you wish to view at our showroom.

Are your prices online same as in-store?

Definitely yes! We apply "Same Price Policy" on both storewide and sitewide, applicable for any promotional events and clearance sale as well.

How is my item(s) being delivred?

For orders within West Malaysia and Singapore will be delivered by truck. For East Malaysia, item(s) will be delivred in flatpack using door to door ocean freight by our logistic partner.

Do you provide customization?

No. Currently we don't provide customization but if you are looking for some designer styles furniture, we definitely can satisfy your needs.

Do you charge for delivery fees? If yes, how much is the fees?

We provide Free delivery with a minimum spending for different areas. You may refer to Delivery of Order for the delivery fees.

Can I split my order items to different delivery address?

Yes you can. However, kindly note that we will charge a delivery fees on the second delivery address.

Our Free delivery is only applicable ONCE per order.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Our deliveres are scheduled according to availability; however, you may mention your preferred delivery date and time for our consideration. Do leave us a note in the comment section upon checking out.

Can I change or cancel my delivery booking?

If you wish to change your delivery booking, just inform us ahead. We are more than happy to make adjustments for you. Kindly note that the delivery is only allowed to change 3 days in adavance before the agreed delivery day.

If you cancel your scheduled delivery after you reply "CONFIRM" to the Delivery Confirmation Message sent to your registered phone number, we will have to charge a reschedule fees.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes. We only deliver on Saturdays.

Do you deliver to Singapore? Yes. We do provide delivery to Singapore. Kindly refer to Delivery of Order for more information.
Do you provide free deliveryt o Singapore as well?

Yes! We provide free delivery to Singapore for order above RM2,000 excludes custom fees and 9% GST.

Is there any additional charges on deliverying to Singapore?

For order(s) deliver to Singapore, there'll be a custom documentation fees of RM200 per trip and 9% GST.

All your items are in Ready Stock?

No. Some of our items are pre-order. You are able to check the stock availability under every product page.

Can I place corporate bulk order on behalf of ID Company?

Yes. Kindly WhatsApp to 016-2286712or email to support@mumuliving.com with your name, contact number, company name, and more details about your project, we will get back to you by the next working day.

How long can I keep the item(s) purchase in your store?

Orders with a 50% deposity are entitled to 3 months of free warehouse storage, while orders with full payment enjoy 6 months of free storage.

How do I use a discount code for online purchase?

You may apply a discount code at the shopping cart page. Once you get to your shopping cart, you will find a "coupon code" column on the bottom right, it's where you can put the discount code that you have.

How do I amend my order?

For order amendment, kindly contact us through support@mumuliving.com or call us at 03-55453337. Our customer service is available daily from 10am - 7pm.

How do I cancel my order?

What if MUMU Living couldn't meet the promised availability and delivery date?

In rare occurrence of such situation, we will get in contact with you to give the latest update of the item(s).

How long do I have to wait before my order gets proceed?

Your order will be processed within 1 day. Our operation hours are Monday to Sunday, 10am - 7pm. Our customer support officer will get in contact with you for the delivery arrangement after your order has been processed.

What are the payment methods available?

We provide card payment, online banking, 0% credit card instalment, and atome. For more information, kindly refer to Payment & Instalment Plan.

How do I check my store credits?

You may contact us at 016-2286712 or email to support@mumuliving.com with your name or invoice number to check your available store credits.
